My husband and I have taken Biotin for a long time because when taken it helps you maintain your hair, skin and nails. It also supports brain function, cognition and energy metabolism.
After taking the Amazon Elements Biotin I have noticed the biggest difference in my nails and hair particularly. My nails are a lot stronger and break less often and my hair grows out a lot faster. In three weeks time my hair grows out more than half an inch.
The bottle in this review today is the 5000 microgram size.
It comes with 130 capsules which is a 4 month supply for one person when taking the recommended dosage.
The pills are on the tiny side and go down easily. I like to take them with water since there is no gross flavor or I’ll even take them with my coffee in the morning.
This product is vegan so that means there are no animal by products. There is also no colors/dyes, flavors, chemical preservatives and it as also gluten free as well.
Overall I would recommend the Amazon Elements Biotin because my husband and I have seen a difference while we have been using it and we have purchased quite of a few bottles already as well.
