When wearing the UGG Women’s Bailey Bow Tall Boot I have really enjoyed how comfy these boots really are. This is my first pair of Ugg’s and I love them so much. I have worm them for a whole day at a time, run errands, done a ton of walking in them and didn’t experience any foot pain or aches at the end of the day.
This pair of Uggs are really easy to put on and take off even with the extended tall boot and I can take off or put on with one hand.
These boots are 100% sheepskin leather. There is twinface sheepskin leather on the exterior and sheepskin lining and sole on the interior fished off with genuine sheep fur. The exterior sole of the boot is made up of synthetic materials.
I purchased the black Bailey boots and there are three bows that are sewn into the back calf area of the boots. Since the bows are sewn in they can’t become untied when wearing or storing and should be able to keep their original look for a very long time if not forever.
From the arch on the boots they measure about 12” and they really keep my calfs nice and warm. When I’m out in the wind I don’t feel any draft or cold air getting to my calfs at all from the area with the bows in the back.
I did a ton of research on Uggs and how to care for them properly and found out that wearing them without socks is the correct way to wear them. I haven’t worn socks once and I was pleasantly surprised that my feet didn’t get too hot, didn’t sweat at all and the fur on the inside hasn’t matted or overly flattened down.
The one thing you need to know about the UGG Women’s Bailey Bow Tall Boot before purchasing is that the exterior sole of the boot can have traction issues when worm in the snow. They do a pretty good job but once when I was walking quickly on packed ice on our driveway I almost slipped.
This issue isn’t too big of a deal because ever since I have walked much slower through icy conditions and haven’t slipped ever since.
Overall I would recommend the Bailey Bow Tall Boot because they are extremely comfy and I have already got a bunch of compliments while wearing them.
